In between September and early December, the water is warmest and, the weather is excellent. Thus, this is the best suited time for rafting, also called Nepal rafting season. This period offers perfect water-level for a great rafting session. The wilderness and scenic views provide a great outing spot and rafting on the Nepal waters is an extraordinary experience itself. River Trips are of two types depending on duration and the river where rafting is intended. The first one is a day trip for those who don't have time for overnight trips but still want to experience whitewater rafting. Rivers like Trishuli and Bhote Koshi are ideal rivers for day trips. The other trip includes several days of rafting and overnight camping where you can swim and relax. These type of camping trips require a group of approximately five or six people.
